World Human Spirit Day is a day celebrated every February 17th.

It was started in 2003 by Michael Levy.

A musician, author, and motivational speaker.

This day is about recognizing the human spirit's strength to overcome tough times and inspire others.

People are asked to share stories and do activities to celebrate the human spirit.

On this day, we think about our own challenges and successes and how we've grown.

Being kind and caring to others is important on this day.

We support organizations that help people with mental health problems.

The point of World Human Spirit Day is to remind us how strong we can be.

It is based on the Kabbalah religious thought that looks at the mind, body, and soul.

World Human Spirit Day is about being positive, strong, and growing as a person.
